Our Vision
Empowering lives through the art of creation, Atlanta Fabrication Foundation sparks hope and opportunity for marginalized individuals. We transform dreams into reality, one skill at a time, building a stronger, more inclusive community for all.
Our Impact
We focus on individuals who have been negatively affected by gentrification, homelessness, criminal records, or challenging family situations.
Addressing Homelessness and Lack of Opportunity: We understand that education in applicable skills is the key to employability. We strive not only to teach fabrication but also to instill a profound sense of self-worth in those who may have lost it due to difficult circumstances.
Our Goals
Through your partnership in 2024, we’d like to:
Establish a functional woodshop in a building that we purchase or lease
Bring on two full time staff members to aid in the operations and programming for our apprenticeship
Launch our first structured apprenticeship for 3 individuals for 3 months
Put on a youth learning event every other month
